Sales supervisor (Russian Speaker)




  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Follow-up team deals and push them to win-close them
  • Follow-up quotes and finding strategies for critical ones
  • Supervise sales operations of sales team and motivating them to exceed achievements
  • Implement strategies to sell components
  • Build new customer base to maximize sales
  • CRM
  • Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies
  • Coordinate between Sales, Purchasing department and sales lead


  • University Diploma
  • Russian Language
  • Effective communication skills and ability to provide feedback.
  • Must possess action-oriented skills and ability to lead by example on the sales floor.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and display effective time management skills.
  • Creates an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Approachable and effective listener.
  • Displays problem solving abilities and willingness to think outside the box for solutions

Salary & working hours

  • Working hours: 7am-3pm: Monday to Friday
  • Breaks: 15-minute break at 9am and 2pm
  • Lunch: 11.30-12.30
  • Vacation: 2 holiday days per month
  • Location: Qormi, Malta
