Do your internship in Malta, a work as Human Resources Intern of one of the biggest Maltese bank.

Role of the intern

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources.
  • Input data using Microsoft Excel / the HRMS and generate reports in numeric/graphical form.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Maintain human resources calendar and departmental diary notes.
  • Maintain administrative lists, forms and manuals.
  • Handle absence management (by the 10th of the month).
  • Handle overtime calculation (by the 10th of the month).

Requirements

  • The responsibilities of the position require a person who is able to work on his/her own initiative, has strong organizational, problem-solving, and able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • He/she needs to possess very good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to learn and to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a minimum requirement.
  • Have an experience in or be studying Banking/Financial/Commerce.
