Apply as Conference & Events Administrator in a dynamic and young company located not far away of the capital of Malta, Valetta.

Role of the intern

  • Respond to minor day to day customer requests.
  • Carry out the necessary administrative duties and be directly responsible in ensuring that work progress is being achieved.
  • Follow up pending files in making sure that the client instructs us on his decisions once quoted.
  • Assist in any administrative duties required to assist the Department.
  • Upon direct instruction, attend meetings within and outside the organization and propose new work methods to improve the present systems and operations.
  • Enforce rules, regulations and codes of practice established by the Company Management.
  • Support management and other employees in pursuit of accomplishing of tasks and desired targets.
